An overall outstanding experience. Management went out of their way to provide excellent service from the moment I arrived. The service plus the convenient location to all makes this a " must stay place".

We rented a penthouse suite, we had trouble with ants in the kitchen, we then called the front desk they stated when housekeeping came for the day they would spray. We came back that night and towels had been added to the room and that was all that was done, trash wasn't taken out, or the floors vacuumed. The ceiling fan hadn't been dusted in a LONG time! The furniture was old and rickety. The pool and hot tub were very unkept! I would not recommend this place for anyone.

We stayed here for three nights in July. The accomodations were pretty nice, even though it's obviously an older hotel and could stand do have some renovations done, the king size bed in the upstairs loft (be aware that it's not a private enclosed room, like we were hoping for) was VERY comfy. I read a previous review that said the beds were like sleeping on a rock. Maybe there are different beds for different rooms, because our king bed was so nice, and I'm used to a really soft bed at home, so I'm picky about that. Two of our kids used the murphey bed and didn't have any complaints, and our youngest used the sofa bed, and she thought it was comfy too. Pillows were likewise comfortable. It was nice having two bathrooms and a kitchenette (all spotless, though the bathrooms look a little worn) for our use. The pool was clean (we saw a guy cleaning it every morning) and felt great. Hot tub was a bit on the too-hot side, but it might have just been the extraordinarily hot weather that made it unbearable to be in the spa. The breakfast was....eh, just okay. Nothing to get excited about, it is truly a "continental" breakfast: cold cereal, bagels, packaged muffins, toast, milk and juice, but it was free and it was there. Overall, I would have been even more pleased had the upstairs room had full walls to make it more private from the downstairs and where my three kids were sleeping while we wanted to stay up and watch tv longer, (and also sleep in a bit longer in the morning) but it was a comfortable stay, especially for those of us with more than one or two kids. We'll be back next time we're in the area.

We spent a month in the Arbor Suites at the Mall. True, the place is aging, but seems to be well maintained. The rooms are spacious, with a full kitchen. Amenities include pool, hot tub. sports court and internet. There is also free washers and dryers for guests. Gina at the front desk is very helpful.
