We stayed 2 nights in suite with jacuzzi in bath. The room and bath were very spacious. The bed and bedding were OK, but the two chairs (no sofa) were very worn. We didn't find a way to fill the jacuzzi tub except running the shower?
When we arrived the elevator was closed because the flooring had been redone earlier in the day. It would not be available until 5:00. We asked for a ground floor room, but all they had available was a room with single beds. We told the clerk my husband has COPD. He said I should have stated medical concerns and asked for a ground floor room. I did check that the hotel had an elevator, but I forgot to check if the elevator was working, my mistake. We also had problems with our room keys opening the outer doors and room door.
