My brother and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while visiting family in this area. We booked the hotel through a discount website, so we didn't actually choose it. The check-in process was easy and the staff pleasant. The inside of the hotel actually reminded my of an Embassy Suites. Our room was very clean and the beds were pretty comfortable. There were dozens of teenagers in the atrium participating in some function, but our room was still quiet. We used the fitness center, which was nice, but never got a chance to use the pool. This hotel is near many stores in case you need to run out a grab some things. All of our expectations were met and we would stay there again.

We stayed in a suite, which was close to 200 a nite. You would expect no mold or mildew in the bathroom and not to have to clean your own tub out... We won't stay here again!

I arrived late at this hotel but they were quick to welcome me and process things quickly. I received a higher-priced room for the same price as standard because that was all they had left, very gracious of them. The room was extremely clean and well furnished. The only thing, I could not get the drapes to close so I woke too early, take something to fasten them together if you don't want to be awake with the rooster (lol). The atrium was beautiful and welcoming. I like when places have a continental breakfast, this one does not but they do have a restaurant attached. Check-out was a breeze and equally as friendly staff. I felt good when I left, not stressed or upset. I would recommend this to family or friends or anyone who would ask me.

I have been told I am a very fussy person and I really can't think of anything wrong with this hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was large, clean and quiet, the air conditioner was easy to operate, the bed fresh and comfortable and there was an adequate fitness centre. Room carpets were clean - and there were carpet cleaning trucks outside to boot. I'm usually less than impressed with Holiday Inns, but this was a great stay.
