This motel promised an indoor pool and hot tub along with a Deluxe breakfast. The place was dirty, especially the pool area. The hot tub did not have bubbles and the desk clerk informed me that it had not worked for some time. Plus the water in the hot tub was cold and slimey. The deluxe breakfast was a real disappointment. All of the breads were stale. The boiled eggs looked suspicious and coffee was reheated iquid from a bag. My brother's room had a plugged sink and tub. His temperature control did not work. The entire place smelled very odd. There are much better places across the street. I am very sorry that I stayed there.

Front desk was rude and as quoted by another, young and inexperienced. For the price, there are better options in Springfield. Not an honest hotel in the way they get guests to book at a price that is less than what they charge your credit card.

The service at this hotel is great, and the cleanliness is even better. For a mid scale hotel, this place is really quite nice. The indoor pool and game area was used all weekend by us. Breakfast was what you would expect, but the attendant there was on the ball about cleaning up after guests. It is just off HWY 65 at the Battlefield exit, so easy access in and out. I would recommend this place to others.

We chose this lodging due to its close proximity to where we needed to be the next day. The staff was pleasant, the breakfast was very nice, and parking was adequate. The room they gave us had two beds so I used one as my "study spot" since I was taking an exam the next day. Unfortunately, when I turned one of the pillows over to use I found a long dark hair. I don't know if it belonged to the housekeeper or a previous guest, but either way it was there. It was the only thing I found like that. The room was otherwise clean and comfortable. A major problem I had was the lack of internet service. Although the hotel advertised free high speed internet, I could never get any kind of internet connection whatsoever. The air conditioner was rather loud in the room also and the ice machine on our floor was out of order with a sign taped to the front directing us to go downstairs for ice. Overall, our stay was nice with only a few problems.
