Stay was wonderful! Staff is great! Warm chocolate chip cookies were yummy!

Nice place to stay if you are going to Springfield, staff was friendly and rooms were clean! No complaints whatsoever.

We stayed here as a couple during a conference in Springfield. The jacuzzi suite we stayed in was very nice and very clean. We liked the fridge to keep some cold drinks on hand since it was over 100 outside. The room stayed nice and cool despite the hot weather, and we even relaxed in the jacuzzi tub one night. Our bed was very comfortable, most of the staff were friendly, and it is very close to James River Freeway. You can walk to a movie theater and several restaurants within Chesterfield Village. The breakfast was okay, but the pool was very small.

My girlfriend got a room there when we were traveling thru, we have stayed at many hotels around springfield and for the most part have always got our moneys worth....not the case here! First off they couldnt find her reservation, then they were rude with her when she insisted she had one. Then the room next to us was partying and we called several times only to be told they cant move us and they cant help it if the people wouldnt quiet down! So we got no sleep, we might as well have kept driving thru the night.. Wont be back! Hope others have a better time than we did.
