My family and I stayed in this hotel for a visit with my daughter who is stationed in Fort Leonardwood. From the moment we arrived; the hotel reception was great. Porsha and the manager; an African American gentleman was wonderful and very helpful. They made sure that our party was right next door to us and right across the hall.
The breakfast was also great, the lady that managed the breakfast area was very kind and on top of everything, the whole area was clean and very well stocked, she was nice and friendly and complied with every request with a smile. How sweet.
The room was comfortable, clean and very airy, the bed was very comfortable and to our surprise; the hotel had REAL cable not the cable that has all of those sports and CNN channels, it was great.
The pool, hot tub and patio was great, the hotel was quiet and the maid service was friendly and a present help in the time of need.
I must say the Marriott hotel chain would serve the manager of this Fairfield Inn well by giving him a well deserved promotion.
