The staff was cordial and accomodating, however the morning coffee was poorly monitored and I had to ask and wait while more was made. The breakfast was DREADFUL. OJ didn't taste real, only had non-nuturitious no-name cereal choices. Some AWFUL looking highly processed and preserved machine-made donuts and muffins (which I wouldn't even feed to a pet). Only decent food I found to eat was packets of plain Quaker instant oatmeal, some decent raisin bagels and Smuckers peanut butter. I bought my own walnuts and raisins to add to the oatmeal. Fruit choices were whole oranges and apples...just pick carefully because there were many rotten, moldy and soft pieces. The small indoor pool and hot tub were nice, although the jets didn't work on the hot tub.

This was far and away the nicest pet-friendly hotel we have ever stayed at! We traveled back home to Missouri for Christmas (from TX), and brought our 90-pound husky-akita mix because we didn't want her to be kenneled for as long as we'd be away. With it being a Super 8, I was expecting something clean but fairly basic, but this place was as nice as the brand-new Holiday Inn near our home in Texas, even down to the fancy complimentary "white tea and ginger" shampoo and soaps in the bathroom.

This hotel is very nice, clean, has friendly and helpful staff, and a very reasonable pet fee ($10/night). They have a pool, hot tub, workout center, and laundry facilities - we didn't use any of these, but they looked well-kept. The batteries in our room lock died on Christmas Eve at about 11:30-midnight, and the front desk guy had them changed out and the lock working properly in about five minutes.

I definitely plan to stay here again next time we are in the area.

About 5 miles from gate at Fort Leonard Wood, Super 8 was a clean and well maintained place to stay. Staff was helpful, coffee plentiful in the morning, indoor pool and hot tub and a washer and dryer. Small refrigerator in the room. This should meet or exceed any ones needs.

This super 8 is the best one I have stayed in US so far. The room and public area are clean all the time. The service are beyond my expectation. I stayed here for 3 nights. I requested to change to a deluxe room the second day. Not only they got my room ready early, more to impress me is they offer to move my luggage when I told them I would be out of property for few hours. I had a cream "hidden" in the little freezer in the previous room. When I got into my new room, the cream has been moved to this freezer. They even hanged up my personal wash cloth at exact the same place just like in the previous room. What an attention to detail! Plus a great breakfast in the morning to boost you up. The friendliness of the staff is even better than some of the big brand hotel. I will definitely stay here again if I ever visit in St.Robert.
