The reason to stay at this hotel is that it is cheap and close to a few things.

Due to lay off, my husband and I stayed here, not out of choice, but lack of other places for the price we got the place for.

Had loud neighbors and we dealt with it, since we would just call down stairs to try to get it handled if it was real bad.

Seen one person have a guitar at 3 am in the morning playing in the hall, another time was woke up by a couple early 20 yr old wrestling in the hall.

If you stay weekly, you get one day of cleaning which is fine, since I could go get the towels or toilet paper from downstairs, and borrow the vacuum

They do have hi speed, but it is intermittent, cable with limited channels, and at times channels not working.

During the stay, one man threaten my husband when he looked out the door when it was loud, and later when the man had an argument with another guest, instead of kicking him out, they moved him to a different floor.

There were 17 cars broke into, so much for safety again.

They also had smoke detector tests which are fine, but the manager Dees knocked on the door and before I could say anything he opened the door. Thankfully I was clothed or I would have been angrier than I already was.

Also one of the times the electric was out for the hotel for about an hr.

During the stay they still have yet to fix one of the wash machines although they now charge 2 dollars for wash and 2 dollars for dry.

It went from 1 dollar to 2 dollars, yet still can't fix the broken washer.

Another note, we charged with credit card and didn't have to go down until the change of management. Never had to go down before and just had to confirm by phone, but they stated the day before when we called down that it was ok.

One night stay was enough at this extended stay.
Arrived at 11:45pm to be greeted by a rude front desk person. Seemed like she was mad we were checking in at that hour.
The room was old and a little beat up, but acceptably clean. The bed was like sleeping on a cinder block.

The staff was great!! Very nice and friendly! They check in with me to make sure I like my room. And gave me extra towels. Very clean rooms. And they have a mall close by. Alot of places to eat. And a Chuck E Cheese like 5 blocks down on the same street! So great for you if you have kids. They have alot of games at this one! We loved are week here! Overall a great place to stay!!

I hadn't read any reviews on this hotel as we didn't know what the hotwire site would give us, once we agreed on a 2star motel. This place is so nice. No, it is not the Ritz Carlton, but it was clean, spacious, and most surprisingly was the kitchenette(now I understand why they call it "extended stay". It was easy to find, located near restaurants(maybe half a mile to great breakfast chains), as well as the mall. I had looked on other sites for 3 and 4 star hotels and once I read all the reviews as not star quality, I saw all the great reviews on the 2 stars. I took a chance and was so happy I did. Just this evening I needed another room in this area for this weekend and was very happy, I ended up with the same hotel, at a rate, including taxes for under $45.I've stayed in equal places for over twice this price. Yes, there was a chance I may have gotten something different, but I was very pleased with this place. i do not believe there was breakfast offered or a pool but there may have been. I didn't expect much, but got so much more. Thank you for a great motel for a truly affordable price. If you want a nice, clean room that offers everything for a comfortable nights stay at an affordable price, I definately recommend this place.
