We had a group of 16 families traveling from Kansas City for a soccer tournament. The moment we walked into the lobby the musty smell hit us and continued on the elevator. We were in our room 30 min. when the first bed bug was seen crawling on the sheets. The front desk was called, came up and had no reaction! A long story short 6 out of the 16 of us had bed bugs. Stay away from this hotel!

First of all when we called on the phone for directions to the hotel from the airport we were given the wrong off ramp which took us 30 miles out of our way. There is no sign on the building indicating where the entrance to the hotel is, so we circled the building to find it. When we finally did find the front entrance the odor in the in the lobby and down the hall was MUSTY ..the carpet needs to be replace to eliminate the odor and them spraying the hallway to mask the odor didn't help. The bathroom floor in our room was in desperate need of mopping it was nasty. I was up on the 5th floor and never got a complimentary newspaper.. Female staff helpfull..

No problems. Rooms were clean and front desk staff were very pleasant.

Old facitlities, lacking in customer service, bad beds...i could list more, but I'll it at that. Oh yeah....the cooked called in sick so they couldn't cook breakfast, either.
