The Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark is our preferred hotel when we send our sports teams to compete in St. Louis. From the initial booking all the way through final billing, Senior Sales Manager Mark Wolfard and his staff make every step a breeze. The property is clean and well-maintained, and the customer service is simply outstanding. They make every guest feel like a VIP.

Our visit was for a medical procedure at Washington University Medical Ctr. We received fantastic service from the minute we arrived to the day we departed. Parking valets,Front desk,maid service, bellman, and anyone else we came in contact with at the Hilton were very polite and friendly. Great recommendations to local restaurants nearby. It was refreshing to meet employees so accomodating. The view of the city was beautiful. Walking distance to the ballpark. Thank you for your hospitality. Kudos to all the employees. They are a great representation of the Hilton.

We stayed at this hotel during the World Series, and our stay was incredible. Not only was it a picturesque view from our window but within walking distance (or cab if you choose) to several great bars, stores, and even a casino. The staff was very courteous and the 24 hrs. room service was great. Beautiful hotel and highly recommended.

Our board held a meeting at this property for several reasons: proximity to downtown attractions and clients, meeting space and pricing. From our initial contact with the hotel, our staff was pleased with the politeness and quality service we received from the staff.
At check-in, we were warmly greeted, given solid directions to our room and assisted by the attentive staff.
On my return to the lobby, one of the managers (Jeff), politely greeted our staff and gave us a tour of the meeting rooms and banquet space. His attention continued during a reception where the food was excellent and the server (Amanda) was the best--my glass was never empty.
The quality service continued for the next 2 days during our board meeting and at a meal served to over 130 guests in the Arch View room.
Excellent property, outstanding staff, quality food and the "above and beyond" attitude made me a fan--I look forward to staying at the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark again on my next trip!
