“Good Location in Business Center of St. Louis”
The best thing about this Hilton is the location from the perspective of a business traveler. It is also fairly close to the arch and a number of other attractions.
Parking is located across in garage across the street and can be a pain in the bottom.
The hotel staff seems friendly, but is not overly helpful, at least later at night. While I prefer to carry my own luggage to my room, I was surprised that none of the four staff available attempted to offer. Great for me, not so great for everyone else.
Rooms are sized well, but there are some fairly bad views (i.e. other hotels next door). The decor is a modern for a Hilton in the US (where so many haven't been so much as painted since 1982).
Expect a very nice breakfast. The executive lounge runs on awkward hours, which has become par for the course at Hiltons.
Room Tip: Pay for a better room and ask for a high floor.
