This hotel may have been great once...however, the facility appears very outdated and does not live up to the Sheraton / Starwood brand. Customer service was lacking and I didn't even get my requested wake-up call. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel (if you must stay downtown, I recommend the Westin instead) and will not reserve here again.

Stayed one night here for business but it had lots to offer. Great bar/restaurant atmosphere with the hockey crowd before and after the Blues game. It is accross the street(diagonal) from Scottrade Center, I actually was able to get tix to the hockey game the night I was there. The Suite was perfect and clean and the staff was very friendly. They have a shuttle that will take you to restaurants and the casino if you wish to venture out and not have to worry about public transportation. Train and bus stations are across the street from the hotel.

Next to Amtrak station, beds were comfortable, nice gym, and good food!

This wasn't our first choice for hotel but had a very better rate then others we were looking at...but what a nice surprise! Easy to find, excellent location, very nice hotel! We were able to walk 4 blocks north to the City Museum and back to Union Station for dinner before the hockey game at the Scottrade Center. It is also situated across the street from a metro station and the bus line if we had wanted to venture elsewhere. Arch and riverfront would have been a bit of a walk and may have used a taxi for that venture....but that's another weekend!
