Had wrapped Xmas gifts stolen from room - obviously by housekeeping. No response from manager, even after requesting a call and writing a letter.

Our time at the Moonrise was a complete delight. The staff were very friendly from the moment we checked in, all the way through our stay. The hotel was clean, and the unique styles of the room were a pleasnt change to the usual. Its location is very handy and it is just a short walk from the main street of bars and restaurants.

From the maids to the GM, every single member of the Moonrise Staff I have encountered has been friendly, helpful, and professional. Outstanding facility, great location, and good rates make this hotel a destination.

My husband and I stayed here Jan. 15. Loved it so much!! We were in St. Louis to see The Civil Wars at The Pageant (which is right next door to the hotel). So convenient! Great places to eat all around the hotel. Had room service for breakfast the next morning which was yummy! Can't say enough about this awesome hotel. Great decor, extremely helpful and friendly staff, and very very clean! Comfy bed, nice shower. Don't hesitate to make your reservations here!
