We were put in a room overlooking the frozen pool with no one else on that side the first night, we went in the room and the heat was set on 55, it was 12 degrees outside and the room didn't feel much warmer, we cranked the heat up to 80 and left for a bit to give it a chance to warm up we got back about an hour later and it hadn't warmed up to 60. Of course the room key didn't work so we had to go back to the front desk to get in. The next night we got back around 12 again the room key didn't work again, the heat had been on all day and the room finally got to 60. Another family checked in and they put them next to use on the side were there was about 15 other empty room and the family was loud and hollering about how cold they were at about 2 in the morning. This place was awful.
