We had never been to a bed and breakfast before, so we decided to stay at Victorian Memories in St. Charles, Mo. The house is very old, but in excellent condition. We stayed in the "Some Enchanted Evening Suite" (kind of corny-huh). It had a fireplace and a huge whirlpool tub. It was a beautiful room. The lady/hostess that owns the house was very nice and gave us our privacy. She also suggested a great place for supper. I thought the breakfast would really be fabulous. It was very good, but there sure wasn't much of it. My husband was starving within an hour. It is very close to the downtown area and all the little shops.
