First and foremost, the place is disgusting. Stayed in multiple rooms here, none of which were vacuumed. The bedding looked dirty and wrinkled. It general smell of the room was not pleasant, but it got much worse if you decided to run the heater. There were stains on the floor, scum on the shower curtain, crumbs around the bed and scattered all over the room. The toilet barely ran at all, and overflowed at some time during our stay. The WiFi is far from free; in fact, it is more than 3 dollars per night for a single computer. If you attempt to use more than one device, it kicks the other person off of the internet. The staff was loud, unprofessional, and rude. I even heard one supervisor tell a housekeeper not to vacuum any of the rooms because she had decided that they didn't need it! We requested trash bags, toilet paper, and towels and received nothing. The ice machine was broken which seemed to upset a lot of other visitors as well. The area seems scary and dangerous at night, and there seems to be no security or cops patrolling the area. Oh, I forgot to mention that the King-sized bed in the room was just a King mattress resting on top of two twin box springs. Is that typical? I don't think so. This place is definitely not concerned with satisfying customer needs or even keeping the rooms clean and sanitary. It also cost almost $300 for a week stay in the scum-hole over the holidays. Spend your money elsewhere.
