We always stay at Hilton properties because of previous positive experiences with regard to room cleanliness, comfort & amenities. This particular stay came to be because we had been driving for over 14 hours & needed to rest. We rented 3 rooms & all have the same complaints. Upon check-in we were assured that 2 of the rooms were connecting. They were next door to eachother, but not connecting. Although the bedding was what we expected, the beds themselves were hard as rocks in all 3 rooms, two of the rooms had visible water damage & warped walls, the rooms are temperature controlled at 72 degrees (we prefer cooler) with no option to lower the temp, what appeared to be sound board on the ceiling did little to muffle the sound of a loudly singing, then crying child at 6:00 a.m. & the breakfast was laughable. Cold rubbery scrambled eggs, sausage like links, waffle irons were both out of order & the seating area was super small. Not saying we won't stay at a Hilton property again, but certainly won't stay at this one.

I am so sorry that you did not have a great experience when you stayed with us recently. Our maintenance team is looking into the issues you mentioned, and we have made the necessary repairs so that our waffle makers are working again. We pride ourselves on having the cleanest hotel and most friendly staff in the area, and I am so sorry that we did not meet your expectations during your stay.
