We had no problems with the wifi in the room. The staff were great, our room was clean and refreshing, the breakfast was really good and well stocked at all times during the breakfast hours. We have no complaints at all but only appreciation for the excellent service of all the hotel staff. They were very friendly, very helpful and they knew the area really well which was very helpful. We actually enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to our family and friends.

Stayed here for a soccer tournament at the nearby Mueller fields. The hotel was pleasant and easy to feel at home. The lobby with it's balcony and stairs to the second floor was a nice design and contributed greatly to our enjoyment of the time there. The rooms were clean and the breakfast surprisingly large and of good quality. We had a suite which was of a good size and a great price.

We had stayed at the sleepinn for two nights. I was told the motel was older, but I thought it looked new. New bedding, towels, & flat screens. Beds were comfy and room was exceptionally clean. Had indoor and out door pools which were sparkling clean, work out facility with new equiptment as well as cookies and milk at night time! Breakfast had waffles and biscuits and gravy it was excellent. Also in great location (walking distance to 2 bars) a block away from just about everything. The owner in which I got to meet was great and really takes care of the place. And last but not least the staff was phenominal. Will stay here every time I'm in st. charles. THANKS SLEEP INN!

We enjoyed our stay. New flat screen TV, new bedding, indoor and out door pool. I would stay here again. Best value for price.
