This establishment shows the reliability one expects from Hampton Inn, although it is not the top of the line of those I have stayed in before. Our room was comfortable and clean. The bath showed a bit of wear and tear in the tub, but all was clean with plentiful hot water and towels. The lobby had cheese, an array of crackers, cookies, coffee and lemonade in the evening. What a welcome treat after a day of following the Tour of Missouri pro bike race! There is a lovely view from the breakfast room. Breakfast was decent-- kielbasa and par-baked waffles (I needed to take a bite before I realized they needed further toasting!) in the hot servers. The computer in the lobby was private enough, and there were comfortable sofas nearby. I normally want an exercise room, which this hotel does not have, but on this trip did not need it.
