We stopped over here one night as it's about halfway between Oklahoma City and Chicago. We seemed to be about the only guests and attributed this to being midweek in autumn.
Check-in was friendly, the room had everything we expected but it's all just a little run down, a little tired.
In the morning, breakfast was good and the check-out process fast. The desk clerk looked as if he'd slept in his shirt but we gave him the benefit of the doubt and assumed he'd overslept and neglected to iron it.
Would we stay here again? On balance, no as there are other motels right next door with more cars in the lot.
