I thought this hotel was clean the staff was friendly and courteous, the rooms were nice, and it was a good value for the money!

1. Room service stole over $50 worth of haircare products, had to dig through bag to find it. We used it that morning and was missing when returned.
2. toilet was loose from floor when you flushed it would leak all over floor.
3. Found 3 day old reciept from Arbys between the sheets. NOT OURS
4. Smells AWFUL
5 Pool full of bugs.
It was the cheapest we found so that is why we stayed only 2 day trip.
Contacted management on all issues, all we could get out of them was "not understand" Foreign ??

What did my family learn about this property from staying a night at the Relax Inn? Names can be deceiving! After one night at the motel, I learned that the springs in the bed were nearly as worn out as we were when we woke up. That's right; the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The mattresses had long past lost their support and our backs suffered as a result. To add to the experience, the pillows were razor thin and, at least one of the bedspreads had seen better days with tears and holes. I also learned that the guest before me favored cheese crackers and that the vacuum cleaner used in my room before our arrival was either on the fritz or it was "no vacuum Tuesday". Because it was raining the day of our arrival, we ventured over to the indoor "heated" pool. To say it was heated would be like saying that gray is the new black. At the far end of the pool, on the wall, was a hole where it was obvious that some sort of electrical box had once resided. Protruding from the hole was what appeared to be exposed electrical wires. I have no idea if these wires were live, however they were in easy reach of children and adults. Also, at the far end was a hot tub. The hot tub appeared to be about 15 years old and the water smelled about 13 years old. Needless to say, the cover remained on the tub. Despite all of these problems, there was some good news: the location was good, the staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was very nice.

The gentleman that works in reception is very accomodating. It is also in a good location in Osage Beach. Other than that, this hotel has no redeeming qualities. The indoor pool was full of bugs. The "hot tub" was above ground, like one of those hot tubs people put on their back porch. It had an enormous hole in the bottom that had a sloppy patch job. The water looked filthy. The outdoor pool was cleaner but it was very tiny. The rooms were somewhat clean. The continental breakfast consisted of muffins, coffee, cereal and juice. They also put out cups of batter and a waffle iron. The breakfast counter was so filthy...there was dried up OJ caked on the juice machine. It really grossed me out. I am not a picky person...this place is a total dump!!!
