We were very disappointed. This hotel is very old/worn. Carpets in the hall are stained terribly and it smelled terrible. There were dead bugs (roaches) on the floor in the doorway to the indoor pool area. The indoor pool is very pitted, so bad I couldn't even step in it. The outdoor pool had hair and bugs in it, but was taken care of when we complained. The towels are also very old & worn. The chair in our room was wobbly. The sheets were clean in our room and so was the bathroom. We couldn't bring ourselves to eat here. This hotel is in desperate need of some TLC. The pictures on here are not at all what the hotel looks like. I wish I would have thought to take pictures to upload. You'ld be amazed at the difference. The staff at the desk were very nice, but the cleanliness of the hotel has alot to be desired.

This hotel is not nice, very worn out. In our room, the towels were very small, phone did not work at all, lamp was broken, the mattresses were EXTREMELY gross, and hurt our backs. There was a massive stain in the carpet that I noticed while checking under the bed to make sure I had everything, completely disgusting. Chairs in the room had stains on the cushions. Continental breakfast was the most basic ever, nothing fresh, no fruit, only cereal, waffles, muffins, one kind of juice and regular coffee. Staff was friendly and outdoor pool was okay. I would never stay here again and for the price i've stayed in much nicer hotels, this needs a full remodel.

I stayed here for one night for a business conference.
It was exactly what I expected, low price, no frills, and clean.
Breakfast left a lot to be desired though.

My reservation was initially not honored because after I honored the hotel manager's (?)request to see my ID and further honoring his rude request to remove the ID from its clearview cover I refused to physically hand over my ID so it could be photo copied. It was, in the end, necessary to call the Osage Beach Police to arbitrate and finally get the room I was for which I was "overcharged."

I make trips to Osage Beach often....I will never stay here again nor do I recommend staying here.
