I had a bad experience with the Super 8 Motel/Hotel in Osage Beach , MO.
They could not provide housekeeping.
There was no power.
No Heat
I decided not to stay that night and go elsewhere but they refused to refund or discount me even though I had only been there for a few hours. The manager was rude and also refused to give me the customer service number for Super 8 motels.
I filed a complaint on my own in which Super 8 corporate said the hotel would contact me. The hotel itself refused to contact me.
After three weeks of waiting from the hotel Super 8 Corporate issued me a check for the night stay but I was never contacted by the hotel itself. Please look out for this Osage Beach , MO establishment.
