I stayed at this hotel during a conference but I brought my family with me. My daughters were looking forward to swimming in the indoor pool. The pool room was so cold that it felt like a door was open (it was snowing outside). They used the hot tub briefly but it was a big letdown. The rest of the hotel is what you would expect from a lower class hotel.

I made a reservation there then tried to cancel to stay somewhere else. Called 14 days ahead--I was told that I was a few hours late--couldn't cancel because it was a few hours short of 14 days!!!!!!! But I was never told that there was a 14 day cancellation policy!! I fought them for a while on the phone, then gave up. So I stayed there-- tried to be nice when I arrived, but the manager recognized my reservation and started harassing me because I had tried to cancel and he said that I called him a liar. The guy is in the wrong business. He should train pit bulls.

We were down for a funeral, and wanted inexpensive accomodation with a pool for the grandkids. The hotel has no frills, but it was very clean and the front desk service was helpful. There is a continental breakfast available, but be sure to get there before closing, because they close it up immediately at the stated time! We had to request pool towels from the front desk, but they were cheerfully given to us. The pool area was clean. It is an indoor pool, but you need to open the windows yourself to help keep the air temperature at a reasonable temperature(it was almost 100 outside!) The cable channel selection was quite extensive- very helpful to keep kids occupied. The beds & pillows were OK, again nothing special. The hotel is along a main thoroughfare, however it is in a slight hollow and is easy to miss- and the sign is not very well placed to help in locating the entrance. I would stay there again if looking for an inexpensive place to stay.

This place is the best place i have stayed at for its price. great staff and amazing waffles. the pool and spa looked nice too, though i went on a work related task, still going in fact, so i really didnt use it. the rooms were very clean and comfortable. if u have an avg. budget, def. the place to stay at. the only thing that i didnt like about it was the fact that there arent any microwaves in the room. also the third floor was a little warm i would say. but the room was cold within miniutes
