The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. No microwave in the room. However, you can use the one in the lobby at anytime.

I was extremely surprised of what I found at this hotel, it was perfect. Due to my late bookings, I was slated for two different rooms for two different nights. Upon my arrival, the front desk had already fixed my reservation for me, so I did not have to move. Being from an area where everything is non-smoking, I was skeptical about the cleanliness and odor of the room. Again, extremely surprised how clean my room was. Equipped with a refrigerator, cable tv with HBO, AC,and a recliner. If I had to pick one thing that was sub-par, would have been the water pressure in the toilet. I would definately recommend this hotel to future travels.

I booked 3 rooms on 5/5/10 for a wedding 5/22/10. I requested noon check-in, and reserved a room with a king bed for my husband and me. They said the noon check-in would be no problem for three rooms.

Two of the rooms were ready by the time relatives showed up, around 12:15. We were there at noon and they didn't have any king bed rooms available despite my reservation/confirmation, and no queen rooms were ready. So I got stuck with a queen room that wasn't ready until 12:40. Normally that isn't an issue but we were getting ready for the wedding at the motel, so I requested noon check-in.

Otherwise, our room was adequate and clean enough. Our bed (besides being smaller than we're used to) was awful. We kept rolling towards the middle.

Could have been worse, I guess.

If you arrive in after 3 pm you may have to wait for someone to get to desk. Had to wait five - ten mintues for someone to check me in and then was given room on 2nd floor. Asked where elevator was and was told there was none. Had to park way in the back - not wel lit at night - and lug luggage up flight of stairs (took me 2 trips). The room nice but if you want to use hair dryer, coffee pot and fridge at same time you're out of luck - only 1 double outlet and if you use a curling iron ....

If you're disabled or elderly and have a time with stairs try for a 1st floor room. I requested when reserved online but was not granted. They allow pets - kept awake by barking dog down hall majority of night and doors slaming. The doors are heavy and close quickly and hard thus making loud sounds. Hardee's restaurant drive thru right next to hotel - lovely car sounds to wake up to early - no need for alarm or wake up call.

Upon entering hotel back entrance to get to room upstairs was greeted with a six pack of beer bottles and trash all about. When I reported to front desk upon check out was told "oh, the maintenance person is off today" I replied that it was there the day before when I checked in a bit after 3 pm - she just rolled her eyes.

The hotel is easily found - not far from highway but will not stay at this hotel again due to having to climb flight of stairs with luggage and hiking a city block to front desk & lobby, the noise, parking in rear not well lit, and the appearance of the outside and interior (older hotel and needs new carpeting and paint).
