Every year we are there for the Gateway of America toy show. The two gals in the dining, Sherri and Shelly ALWAYS remember us and greet us like we are family. At the front desk Sarra and Angie went above and beyond for us. It was a great stay again!!!! Thank-you!

me and my wife stayed there and had a great stay sherri the hostess was great she remember our names and was very pleasent. and the frony desk girl i think gina was also helpful. the remolded room were more than i exspected will come back and stay again.

We've been using this hotel for a number of years. The staff and sales manager Nancy Masterson make our events an extremely pleasant experience. On the outside chance that something arises from any of our 600 attendees, Nancy and her team are quick to respond and keep everything moving flawlessly. We'll keep coming back because of that and we feel like we're coming home each year. If you're looking for a talented, experienced staff, excellent facilities and a good value, I can't give them high enough praises!!!

I've worked with the Sheraton Westport staff for a few years now in planning conferences and they have always gone above and beyond to meet all of our needs and help our events run smoothly. Nancy Masterson has been my main point of contact in booking hotels and I each time we meet I come away feeling like she has done everything she can to get me the best rates and the best hotel to fit my particular event. She makes an effort to understand the purpose of my event and type of registrants coming and thinks outside the box to make it special.
