John Gholston and his team are outstanding. They go out of their way to be friendly, professional, and to deliver world class customer service.

The bright spot was Shelly in the restaurant. She went above and beyond to make the experience memorable. The front dest staff was helpfulo and worked to accomodate our needs. However, getting a warm shower was not possible, as the water temp varies from freezing to scalding whenever I used the facilities. I had to have maintenance come and repair the air system, as it cycled off continually. The business center is in the bar, which is not ideal for most, and the printer did not work at all.

Overall, I would not choose this place except for Shelly. She is a star.

We had 2 rooms at the hotel, After we left for dinner, we realized one of us forgot something in our room so upon going back here was an employee in our room with the door shut and locked. We of course called police and they were very helpful and catching the person cause he left immediately saying he was just checking the room. No appology or response from hotel, however police ddi get the employee, we had to press charges.

Stay clear of this one, they don't screen their employees
