I visit Super 8 motel in marston missouri every year the weekend of memorial day. The service at this hotel is terrible. Room service is not good, the lobby is dirty most of the time and when there is a problem the staff can not reach management because for some reason he is never available. It needs to be another hotel built there so that they can have some competition and maybe service would get better. It is a shame that now I have to drive 25 miles to a decent hotel in Sikeston Missouri instead of being able to stay at super 8 close to family members. Terrible Service.
