We stayed one night at this hotel after a long drive from Chicago. It was easy to find off the highway.
I had requested a room on the first floor, but on arrival discovered they were doing something to the floors so the first floor was not available. However, there were carts for loading luggage, and the hotel's elevator was quite large.
The room was non-smoking as requested and there were hypoallergenic pillows. We (three of us) had a room with two queen-size beds, and they were comfortable. There is no washer or drier at this hotel. The desk clerk was more interested in talking to a friend than helping us when we arrived.
The room was a good size, clean and the bed very comfortable. The wireless high speed internet worked well as did the air conditioning.
When we came out looking for a restaurant for dinner, the desk clerk did recommend a good BBQ place closer to the center of town. The air conditioner was very noisy. The free buffet breakfast was very adequate, but not quite as extensive as that of other Holiday Inn Express hotels.
