We stayed at this hotel in Dec 2011, Check-In was fast and friendly, about 10 minutes after checking in I got a call from the font desk asking if the room was ok. The room was very well appointed, very clean, and well maintained. I have to admit I am a hotel snob, I will only stay at Four Seasons, Marriotts, Hyatt's etc. But this hotel was great!!!

The staff was courteous and friendly. The rooms were clean although the bed was not the most comfortable. The breakfast was acceptable. I thought the room was a good value and would stay there again absent other better lodging choices in the area.

We were on a road trip during this month and had the pleasure to stay at this Holiday Inn Express...I would like to say that the service and the attention we got staying here at this place was SUPER.... Ashley that worked at the front desk and basically worked 100 hours per week was surely a super person to come in contact with...She was very very courteous and very attentive to everyone that came through the doorway...From the lobby to the rooms plus the dining area were all well maintained and very clean...If you are on the road and need a place to stay I would surely tell you to stay here at this Holiday Inn Express....

I made a call to the national number. They quoted me one price, which was a bit higher than the internet price. Okay, that was fine. Then they asked how many adults were going to stay there. I told them "two". Now they want to charge me an additional $7 because two adults were going to stay in a room with two beds. Really?! Is this there answer to baggage fees like the airlines charge? There is a little bit more expensive hotel an hour west that I usually stay at. I haven't even stayed at this hotel yet and I already feel ripped off.
