To find such gracious and friendly staff and manager, after a long day's drive is a true pleasure. Tommy the host at the desk was very personable and welcoming. He was so kind in helping me to my room. He went ahead, turned on the air conditioner and filled my ice bucket and took it to my room.. The manager Sam was very accomodating..Now it could have been because i was using a walker,due to a recent hip replacement,,, but i don't think that was it.These two gentelmen were and are what the hospitality industry could use more of overall. I recieved "5 STAR" treatment from a very clean and conveinient local. TRUELY SUPER 8!

we were playing a baseball tournament and live about 5 hours away from kennett missouri so we did not know what to expect when we arrived. we originally booked the days inn which is about 50 yards away from the super 8. the service at the days inn was beyond awful and the hotel was NASTY so we decided to walk over and check out the super 8. we were greeted by Sam the manager who was very very friendly. He even took the time to show us rooms before he even knew that we were going to book. The hotel is VERY nice, clean, and rooms are very spacious. Sam will accomadate you any way that he can. Also all of the other staff at the hotel were very nice and friendly. He also offered us amazing rates. Because we were a little league team he even let us stay at the pool an hour after it closed. I would reccomed this hotel to anyone who is staying in the area. I would even drive farther to stay here again just because of the cleanliness and excellent service. If I had to rate my experience on a scale from 1-10 (10 being the best) I would give it a 12. Thank you to the staff there for a wonderful experience. If we ever had to stay in this area again we would absolutely stay here. Also there are NO roaches, or mosquitoes in the rooms like at the days inn. Because we had such a large team we had to have some smoking rooms and you couldn't even tell these rooms had ever been smoked in. Thank you again for your superb customer service and very clean hotel.

I and many other folks from the Humane Society of the United States, the ASPCA and other rescue organizations stayed at the Super 8 while volunteering to help with animals that had been displaced as a result of the flooding in MO. Our days were long and exhausting, and the entire staff and management of this hotel were so wonderful and made coming back to them at the end of the day something to look forward to! They helped us with our rooms (which was very challenging given the number of people there and how often people were coming and going), with directions, and any other needs we had. They were always super friendly and seemed to be able to provide whatever little things we needed in order to help us with our trip (batteries, detergent, etc).
There were some people who had originally been booked in a different hotel next door, and they ended up all switching over to the Super 8 because of the awesome service we had!

This was the worst hotel experience that I have ever had. The carpet was so filthy your shoes stuck to it. There was no cold water and the hot water had no water pressure. The clock looked like someone threw up on it. The refrigerator didn't work. The room smelled really strongly of cigarettes even though we were told that it was a non-smoking room. We only stayed one night because we had checked in so late in the evening. The service at the desk was so bad that she had to call her boss to figure out what to charge us and where to put us.
