Did a quick one-nighter here on a reward stay while passing through Kansas City. Decent, quiet location just off I-435, though not a lot of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Staff was super friendly and room was what you expect from a Courtyard. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Stayed in room 211.

We regularly stay at this Marriott due to its quiet, safe setting. They have completely remodled this hotel which hosts wonderful mattresses and upgraded furniture. I was disappointed there is NO wireless Internet available in the rooms. This seems like a common must for the modern traveler.

Stayed one night at this property. The staff was very adequate as was the hotel in general and the room in particular. The room was larger than some and was clean. The location was just a bit off the Interstate and was far enough away to keep the freeway noise away. No free breakfast, but there was coffee in the lobby and there was a "cantina" that served a limited breakfast menu. In general, it there was nothing "special" about the hotel accomodations, but the price was hard to beat with the base weekend rate of less than $70 (with a "senior" discount).

This brand is designed for business travelers not youth church groups, football squads or Mom's weekend getaways from the kitchen. Our stay was a one-nighter on points and was above average as the location was in a very quiet, semi-residential cul-de-sac, the staff was competent and friendly and our top floor room was very comfortable. We would stay here again.
