Made reservations 1 week in advance, get there and they didnt have the right rooms held for me. Owner was rude and wasnt willing to make things right. wasnt fun trying to find a hotel at 2 in the morning with rooms available.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. My husband and I booked this for a night with some friends. When we got to the hotel for the night and pulled back the covers to one bed there was a large yellow stain on the sheet. On the other bed there was no sheet, just the mattress. On the bed with the yellow sheet there were also chunks of something that I can't even begin to imagine. When I notified the front desk of this and asked for a refund I was accused by REKAH THE OWNER...... that we probably did the mess ourselves. After arguing with them for 2 hours in the lobby we finally left for another hotel. I am still fighting to get my money back, they refuse to pay me. This isn't over, I will get my money!!!

It has a great location, across the road for Worlds of Fun and Oceans of Fun, but it's not the Ritz Carlton. The breakfast was lousy and the hotel itself isn't the nicest, but it worked for us.

If it was not so cheap and so late I would have walked out after I saw the condition of the floor and bathroom. Gross
