This hotel keeps going down hill. Better when it was the Best Western. Stuck with it to save a few bucks and partake of the park & fly when it switched to Super 8. Reservation was lost when I checked in, but help desk person was very polite/ pleasant. Opened my credit card bill and found I was charged twice. Might have lost my reservation, but billing info was kept somewhere. This was not the check in persons fault. Rooms are OK. Need to be a little cleaner. Breakfast was a sham. I don't know why they bother touting it. If you have a family with baggage, good luck. The small mini van barely accommodated my husband and I and our luggage. Good thing we were the only ones in that particular slot going to the airport. We experienced this our previous stay as well. Overall they have shaved every accommodation possible, with the shuttle exception. We do not need fancy accommodations, but this place even feel bare bones. Nice while it lasted, but time to move on.

Cancelled reservation in plenty of time, the indian management team charged my card any way even though Wyndham told them not to, and they also charged a completely wrong amount. Dont ever stay at this hotel. Mr. Mike Patel the managing indian is a thief and a lier

The motel was OK, really no problems. The light in the bathroom took a couple minutes to turn on, but everything else was fine. The only real problem was requesting a late checkout. Normal checkout time is 11 am. I requested a late checkout, needing to stay until Noon, and the front desk indicated it would be a $20 charge. That's ridiculous when the whole night was only $55. And there's no reason they couldn't have done it, check in is not until late afternoon. Needless to say, they would not budge. It's little things like this that can ruin the whole stay.

I would recommend to my friend and family to stay. Service was excellent and was a perfect host. Definitely stay there again
