We stayed here for two nights while on a college trip. The room was very clean and comfortable, spacious. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms have a separate vanity area. The hotel was quiet. Continental breakfast was offered, some microwavable breakfast sandwiches plus a waffle maker, overall it was fine for our needs. Staff was friendly and helpful, had a minor problem with the commode in the bathroom that was fixed promptly. This hotel is with others 5 minutes from the airport in an office park, nearest restaurants/mall about 5 - 10 minutes south on I-29. We will definitely stay here again if our travels bring us to KC.

We did a park and fly stay, was very clean, airport shuttle very puntctual and easy, breakfast in the morning was great. Will stay here for sure next time we fly out on a trip.

We had a guaranteed late arrival reservation at the Four Points, however, when we arrived late our room had been filled and there was nothing available. The Four Points transferred us over to the nearby Fairfield Inn. I was concerned about the move to a hotel I had not looked into myself but was pleased with the room and the property. It was comparable to the Four Points which we stayed in the week before when we flew out of MCI. It seemed cleaner and more well-maintained. The desk staff was apologetic for the Four Points failing to honor our reservation, which was nice but unnecessary. I got the feeling the Four Points does this quite often and the Fairfield Inn is their overflow hotel. My advice, if you are looking for a hotel in the airport area, choose this one and don't bother with the Four Points as you may just end up at the Fairfield anyway.

Overall the place was fine to stay. However, the route to get to the hotel is not very well marked. The place was clean. We reserved a roll away and when we got there they said sorry first come first served and you are too late.
