Just returned from a stay from 2/7 - 2/9/12. I've been coming to this hotel for the last 5 years or so every 6 months for a twice a year Convention (Value Merchandiser Show). The hotel is pretty "solid": clean. great bedding, and friendly helpful employees. Some changes that happened since Sheraton are not positive though.
Quick tip: In concerns to internet. It was my understanding that wired high speed internet tends to be faster than wireless. There was a problem in my room with the wired internet and the hotel did all it could to fix it. There really wasn't a point. The wireless internet in the hotel, even with the hotel being relatively full, was fast and efficient. Don't bother with the wired.
Room tip: Get an even numbered room on a higher floor for the best views.
Changes since Sheraton took over: The "spinning" restaurant on the top floor is closed. Also, their other "higher end" restaurant was also closed. That just leaves one restaurant open in a fairly large hotel. Also, they've changed out the shower heads. This is my biggest gripe. The Hyatt used to have these shower heads that were incredibly powerful. Now, they have shower heads where water basically trickles out. Good for their water bill... not necessarily good for the people staying here.
Anyways, all things considered, a solid, well run hotel.
