Checked into my room, it left much to be desired, from hair, make-up and food left on the bedding from the previous guest, to no towels, and hair in the shower. So I called down to the front desk and Lauren answered, sincerely apologized and had somebody up within minutes to redo all of my bedding, bring towels and clean the shower. The gentleman, (mike I believe) did a fantastic job. Later I went down to the front desk to inquire about the Internet service and to thank Lauren for her fast response to my needs. She just smiled and graciously informed me on how to access the free Internet. She was very friendly and noticed my Vietnam Vet hat and thanked me for my service, which was the cherry on top of the sundae. So, even though it was a rough start it was quickly corrected and I ended up very much enjoying the Holiday Inn. Even at check out Angel was very friendly and kind in asking how my stay went and wished me a great day. It was an overall great stay.

I'm very happy to hear that our front desk staff and our evening service staff was able to provide positive service and recovery for you. It is always exciting to hear that our people are providing our guests with the best service we can. I am truly sorry that your room was not clean. This is not acceptable and our management team has been made aware of your experience. I truly appreciate your honest feedback and hope that you come back to visit us.
