the hotel is relatively new but has gone down hill recently. the walls are dinged and some areas of the carpet are already worn out (could use a few shampoos). the restaurant staff, however, is fabulous. They are able to accomodate every request!! The front desk staff is alright, they seem more interested in their personal work when I check in at night. The last 2 times I swear they have their friends over and are giving them free food from the restaurant. Overall it is a nice hotel and very close to the airport!

Stayed at this hotel for business for a few days. Friendly staff and good location close the airport. The walls are VERY thin and it was difficult sleeping with the person next door to me having the volume up on his TV at 2am!

Some rates come with breakfast but the buffet is only 11.95 per person and well worth it. There is nothing close by as far as restaurants but the hotel provides shuttle service to the Zona Rosa shopping area which has lots of shopping and dinning options.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels around the Kansas City airport and the Holiday Inn is my new favorite. I got a really great rate by naming my own price online. I was very surprised at how nice this hotel was. It seemed fairly new, had a great location, and the room was much nicer than the Marriott at the airport.

Absolute worst hotel I ever stayed in. It was close to the airport, but not worth it. Whatever you do do NOT stay here. I had to stay 4 nights and it was awful. Service was terrible overall, and everything is extremely overpriced.
