The odd shape of the guest rooms makes me glad I'm not sharing the room with anyone. The closet in room 815 is actually behind a sitting chair. With nowhere else for the chair to go, I hve to reach over it to get to the hangers.
I didn't find the restaurant to be as great as all the other reviews. I don't judge kitchens by how well they do their best dishes ($30 - $35), but how well they do their less expensive dishes. My pasta ($25) was way overcooked this evening.
I discovered everything I'd read about the parking at this hotel to be true. It's VERY limited, and the unusual circular design of the enclosed parking area is odd. Toss in a few large trucks and SUV's that take two spaces, and the other guests are out on the street (where there are parking meters).
The location is good if you're working for the government (hopefully you're getting a good discount). But as a business traveler, I've experienced better in this town.
