I travel all over the province for business and this hotel is definitely one of the best places I've stayed.

The room was spotless, crisp and modern with a private balcony. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was as clean as any I've been in. The room also had a small efficiency area with some basic kitchen items, a stove, mini fridge and a sink. Front staff were excellent - friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the area.

It is worth noting that this hotel does not have a restaurant or bar but a continental breakfast is included with the cost of the room. For a larger meal, visitors will have to explore St. Anthony's options. There is however a gift shop with local souvenirs and some snack items.

This hotel is in a great location. Our queen suite was spacious and clean and the wood floors were attractive. The bed was comfortable as was the zz-chest. It was great to have so much room to spread out- much like an apartment. The rooms had been recently renovated and were tasteful. It seemed like our bathroom wasn't quite finished yet- as the toilet paper holder was not installed and tucked under the sink- also no soapdish. Otherwise this is a great spot and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and enjoying beautiful St Anthony's weather. Breakfast was basic and the breakfast room was a bit small but it's still a great value.. It was only a short (5min) drive to see the iceburgs and a great gift shop. I would not however recommend the Lightkeepers restaurant as the food was sub par. I would highly recomment this hotel

Chose this particular hotel because of the TripAdvisor ratings! We (Group of 4-two rooms)quickly checked in and were surpised at the size of the rooms which included a full kitchen. The room and the premise was spotless. Very comfortable!! We would have liked to have stayed here longer. We also had a verandah off our room. This hotel is certainly a gem in the town of St Anthony. The Continental breakfast was basic but the coffee was excellent. We ate at the lightkeepers restaurant. We really enjoyed our seafood/fish! The restaurant was very busy so I would suggest reservations should you decide to have dinner there.
Bottom line..I would highly recommend the Grenfell Heritage Hotel!

Hotel is brand new. The room we had was spotlessly clean. Bed & linens were comfy. Furnishings were nice. We had a patio & full kitchen. Very nice stay.
