We stayed at this chalet from 7th January 2006. The fireplace in the lounge was now covered over and no one was going to get it fixed. This meant that this very cold and bland area was not inviting, at all. The chalet staff did their best, but you got the impression that they had very little back-up. The food would have been very good, but the plates were cold and by time they got everyone's food out, that was often cold too. The chalet was the coldest accomodation I have ever stayed in and you got the impression that they were trying to run it on too small a budget - there were not enough cups, glasses, pillows and light bulbs seemed to be at a premium. But the worst thing was Mark chalet manager, he talked alot, made all the right noises, but sorted out nothing. He was a complete waste of space. The transfer to the chalet drops you no where near and you have quite a hike. However, Mark has a friend, who for a fee could take you to the coach in his minibus! Skiworld have a minibus to deliver supplies, but obviously their clients aren't important enough to transfer to and from their accomodation, not even when a 12 year old girl was on crutches. Shocking!
