This was my first time staying at a B&B, and it was perfect. When you stay at the Cobbler Room, it's like you are the only guest of the house. Your breakfast is delivered right to your room, and it was delicious. Great location and lots of information in the room about things to do in the area. I would definitely stay here again.

The Patty Kerr is a great place to stay. The Cobbler Room is part of the owners' home, but it is completely seperate and feels like its own little cottage. We liked the privacy. Nancy's breakfasts were fantastic and she delivered them to our door. The location was great and the price was much more reasonable than other B&Bs. It isn't fancy, but it's quaint and clean. We would recommend it to anyone!

Just had another great stay at the Patty Kerr. We enjoy the fact that this b&b is centrally located in the historic district and we can walk. We did use the new trolley system and what a fun time that was! We ate a the Vintage 1847 at stone Hill and had a really great meal. We also hit the Cottage restaurant and it too was wonderful. We enjoyed the garden and had a glass of wine on the patio under the stars! The garden makes it seem like another world out back. Our breakfast was awesome as always. We had massages and we were so relaxed we could hardly walk. We love this bed and breakfast. Thanks Nancy and oh yes, thanks to the greeters, Frank and Jesse James, the b&b cats, for making our trip another great one.

We stayed in the Cobbler Room and our friends stayed in the Cottage. Both rooms were very clean. The bed was so comfortable and breakfast was wonderful. We hope to go back when the weather is nice so we can walk to the wineries and also see the garden.
