This was my husband and I first time at a bed&breakfast. The getaway was nothing short than FABULOUS! Glad our first experience was done at this inn. The town is super-friendly. The location is Beautiful. The inn itself is Gorgeous. Not rundown and grandma looking like sitcoms try to display (no pun intended). The staff was very friendly. When you first arrive one of the hosts will sit down with you and give you alot of useful info about the inn, what to expect and info about the town (ex: places to eat & etc) alone with a map. Then you'll get a tour of the inn & be shown to your room. The rooms are beautiful. They have a modern look with a hint of southern charm. Some of the great perks is a welcome tray when you arrive with bread, cheese, butter & grapes. and at night around 10pm you'll get a midnight snack brought to your door with warm cookies and ice cream. There's also a raspberry sauce they give you as a gift that tastes pretty good with the cookies and ice cream. The views from the room are breathtaking. you basically get a good scope of the city. You wont regret your stay at this inn. And the breakfasts geez-louise was too much for me to eat :) the food is good... you definitely wont be left starving. Me and my Husband had somber looks as we pulled off the lot. We'll definitely be back again!
