me and my boyfriend are in the process of finding an apartment so we moved into the hotel until we find a place. the hotel and staff seem good AT FIRST but there are beginning to be so many problems that it's really starting to make me mad. one of the elevators is always broken. their "breakfast" is a muffin,honeybun,or cereal. there are only 2 friendly hotel staff and the rest are VERY rude and the "housekeepers" are lazy. FULL SERVICE is supposed to be monday and friday,but they come when they want and only clean what they want so you have to chase them down to get them to vacuum or change the sheets...and they'll NEVER wash the blankets if you don't ask. the satellite is constantly messing up,right now 3 of the 6 hbo channels suddenly are only in spanish. a couple channels won't even come in,and when you call the front desk to tell them they say it's the satellite provider so there's nothing they can do about it. everytime it rains the carpet by the window is soaked. we had to change rooms when we first came because everytime someone flushed the toilet above us the sink would overflow with yellow water and something that looked like dirt. we've been here 5 months and seen the police here 3 times. once there was a little boy outside our door crying because he had been left there and we had to take him to the front desk so they could find his parents. it's SERIOUSLY not worth the money and it's WAY overpriced for this garbage..
