I landed at this hotel out of necessity only, as all hotels in area were full due to a large week-long Event in KC. I will never go back!
Negatives: They don't tell you the elevator buttons don't work even tho they see you standing there for 5 mins waiting for it to arrive. (Push the DOWN button only to call the elevator).
I found a pair of men's underwear on the floor between the bed & the nightstand from a previous visitor. I found a dirty washcloth hanging over shower curtain rod while showering also from previous visitor. Housekeeping only showed up 50% or less of the time to replace towels. Several times I had to request towels(repeatedly) and once I had to carry my dirty/wet towels down to the front desk at 2am to swap them out for clean ones!!! Are you kidding me????No such thing as "No Smoking Rooms" here--I prayed every night the hotel didn't burn down from someone falling asleep while smoking.The resident across the hall had a yapping, scratching at the door dog and neighbors knocking on the door and hollaring thru the door all night long (I moved to another room after that). The website photo's are misleading: there are no longer any dining room facilities. The photos are probably over a decade old! Minimal "breakfast": Banana's & Apples were ok (I travel with my own brkfst shakes)
Positives: The sheets were clean, no bed-bugs or lice, Mattress was ok, I didn't get a backache, Pillows were the worst I'd ever seen (I travel with my own).

me and my boyfriend are in the process of finding an apartment so we moved into the hotel until we find a place. the hotel and staff seem good AT FIRST but there are beginning to be so many problems that it's really starting to make me mad. one of the elevators is always broken. their "breakfast" is a muffin,honeybun,or cereal. there are only 2 friendly hotel staff and the rest are VERY rude and the "housekeepers" are lazy. FULL SERVICE is supposed to be monday and friday,but they come when they want and only clean what they want so you have to chase them down to get them to vacuum or change the sheets...and they'll NEVER wash the blankets if you don't ask. the satellite is constantly messing up,right now 3 of the 6 hbo channels suddenly are only in spanish. a couple channels won't even come in,and when you call the front desk to tell them they say it's the satellite provider so there's nothing they can do about it. everytime it rains the carpet by the window is soaked. we had to change rooms when we first came because everytime someone flushed the toilet above us the sink would overflow with yellow water and something that looked like dirt. we've been here 5 months and seen the police here 3 times. once there was a little boy outside our door crying because he had been left there and we had to take him to the front desk so they could find his parents. it's SERIOUSLY not worth the money and it's WAY overpriced for this garbage..

If you are a smoker this is the place to stay, if you are not this isn't the place to stay enough said

I suggest that you don't use their room reservation site has it's not secured. Most online room reservation sites are secured but this one isn't and they're asking for your credit card information. Don't do it if you don't want someone to hacked your credit card.

Always make sure any site asking for your credit card information has a pad lock (HTTPS) before providing your credit card information.
