We reserved a room and a crib almost 3 months in advance. We found out that reserving a crib does not guarantee you will get one. If someone comes in off the street and asks for an available room and a crib before you arrive, they will get the last crib even if you reserved the crib in advance and reserved the room and crib with a credit card. They said they do not see that you reserved a crib until you check in. Also, this hotel (and all hotels in the Choice Hotels chain - Comfort Inn, Sleep Inn, etc) does not have crib sheets to go on the crib mattress. They give you a queen or king size sheet to use. We wrapped the mattress as best as we could, but they should have fitted crib sheets to fit the mattress due to SIDS. I asked the front desk for a fitted crib sheet and and was told that this chain of hotels do not have fitted crib sheets. I told them the fitted crib sheets was the safest to have on the crib mattress in the crib. She told me I didn't have a clue and was very rude. All three of the front desk clerks were very rude. Do not stay here if you have small children or not as this hotel is not baby/child friendly and the front desk staff is very rude.
