We were traveling to see family and got too tired to continue on the road, so we pulled off at this hotel for the night. We were impressed by the hotel’s exterior and lobby, so we thought we would give it a shot. The front desk clerk was polite and check-in was quite easy. On the plus side, the hotel was completely smoke-free and newly renovated. I found our room to be adequate, but nothing spectacular. The sink/ vanity area was right next to the door, which made getting in and out of the room a little awkward. The bed was not very comfortable, and there was a mysterious greasy stain (with white hairs stuck to it—eww!) on the recliner in the corner of the room. There was something sticky tracked on the carpet. I agree with the other reviewer who mentioned it was annoying that the a/c fan wouldn’t stay on; that would have helped drown out the annoying ticking noise the in-room fridge made all night. All in all, this hotel was adequate for our purposes. I am just glad we didn’t have to stay more than one night.

A marvelous experience. My wife and I were travalling to visit our families in Texas for Spring Break and had driven far and late into the night. We were tired and found the motel to be very comfortable and pleasant. The night manager was very cooperative and pleasant and shared personal experiences in the area with her family and coming birth of her next baby. Breakfast was excellent.

Friendly staff on a late night (11:30pm). The bed I slept in was the most comfortable one I've ever slept in. And this is not billed as a luxury hotel. I highly recommend for a comfortable night's sleep. The complimentary breakfast was also very good. Fresh made waffles, biscuits and gravy, all very good.

Last January I wrote “We got a room in this Comfort Inn. We were very tired and were glad to find clean, comfortable room to stay.

The next morning we were pleased and surprised when we went down to breakfast and found the hot/cold set up we usually find at Hampton Inn's and Holiday Express.

We were so impressed with the comfortable beds and the great price that we will look into staying at Comfort Inn's as we travel around the country”.

Since January we stayed at a new Comfort Suites which was great and returned to this Comfort Inn on our way home. The front desk is very friendly and helpful. The beds were as comfortable as we remembered and the breakfast was very good.
