I did a 6400 mile cross country road trip with my family and this was by far the worst lodging we experienced. Sleeping in the bed of our truck on an air mattress at a rest stop in Arizona had better accommodations.

Though no one in our party was disabled, we were assigned the handicapped room. The bathroom shower sloped and every time the shower was used it would flood out the entire bathroom floor. I informed the front desk of the flooding problem and was given three extra hand towels. Unfortunately, no cleaning service came around the next day to provide us with clean towels, etc. so we were left to use personal towels, clothing to dry off after showing. The room smelt musty and the beds were not fit to be dumped in an alley. The first morning of our stay the toilet backed up. I sent my son down to the front desk to retrieve a plunger and he was told that they didn't have one available and that they would bring it to our room when they could get one. Five hours later we got a plunger.

My advice to anyone that is looking for lodging in Fenton Missouri is spend and extra $10-$15 and stay at the Drury Inn or Super 8 down the street. The headaches this place caused was not worth the pennies I saved!

I would like to I'm not to picky when staying at a hotel/motel. They have to meet certain guidelines to make a good stay, this hotel failed almost all. Lets start with the positive: Cheap, close to Six Flags. That's about it. OK for the negative: Staff not rude but not very nice, room looked clean but felt dirty, Only WI-FI in four of the rooms and you have to pay extra for it. The A/C didn't work very well. No microwave or coffee in the lobby like most Motel 6's have. I would not stay here again. not even for the price.

Three room changes to find a room with a working air conditioner, and was talked down to by the owner himself. He accused me of being the type of person who complains all the time.
He lied to me directly at least four times. To include that the housekeeper told him the air in the first two rooms I was in was working just fine. I was there when the air was checked and the housekeeper agreed with me that the air conditioners needed recharged and stated that they were up for maintenance that week.
The owner also tried to tell me there were no rooms left to rent after the second room was no good, until I wanted a refund to find a motel with working airconditioners. He refused to refund my money, and I picked up my phone to call the police before he finally admitted he had "one room left"
If you are wanting a rude a demeaning stay with more complications than just driving around in the crazy traffic then this is your place.
I feel Motel 6 should pull the franchise from this crappy little motel. The sooner they do that the better, this place drags Motel 6 through the mud in the worst way.

This place is definetely in my top 10 worst hotels. If I had known that I could have stayed in a beautiful Ramada 20 miles away for the same price I would have not have stayed here at all. Our first room was infested with ants. They moved us to the "last available room" and within a half hour someone else was in the ant room. The pool was very small and very dirty, and gee the room was the same. Don't even bother to get the free coffee, just walk down to McDonalds. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here.
