“CHEATED STAYED ONE NIGHT CHARGED 2 TIMES !!!!!!!WILL NOT REFUND”

I called and reserved a room for New Years Eve. When we got to the room my spouse went in and paid cash. Then the following Monday I saw they charged my cc for it. I called the guy was very very very rude. Would not let me finish what I was telling him so apparently he had done this before. Told me the charge was just an approval the money would go back off my card in a week. (I think he knew after a week it was to late to contest to my bank.) So my spouse and I went over to the motel to explain to them. We told him what had happened and he told us "no the room was paid with the card room 119 we told him no we stayed in 120. I said no I had even called for the password for the internet 2 times. And how did we get the key to 120 if we paid for 119 he had no explaination. We threw away the receipt...we did not know we were going to be cheated. And when he found that out he just kept saying "no no if you have a receipt but without that I can not do anything. He would not even listen. Plus the place was musty smelling and noisy. The bathrooms was soooo tiny you could not change your mind in them!!!!!! IN MY OPINION: STAY AWAY FROM DAYS INN IT IS RUN BY CHEATERS

“Never again”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 24 September 2010

We had a one night stay in the Farmington Days Inn as we were just passing through and needed a place to spend the night. The Lobby was dark and dingy and there was a bowl of very old dried up fruit sitting on the front desk. The man checking us in gave us no information regarding password for the internet access or the continental breakfast in the morning. When we paid for our room I requested a receipt. He handed me a blank generic recept with only the amount we paid written down. Our room was dusty and dirty. We had only two towels. On the way to our room the man from the front desk was going into another couples room with a plunger and snake and I over heard him say, "I guess you would want to take a shower?" The continental breakfast was horrible. Stale bread and stale cereal topped off with another bowl of old shriveled up fruit. The room that breakfast was in was dark and dirty. There were knats swarming a trash can that was sitting by the food. I think the health department needs to check this place out and close it down. I wouldn't recommend this place to an enemy much less a friend. Next time we will just keep driving to another town. We had stayed in a new Days Inn in Russellville AR on this trip and it was fantastic--can't believe they are both Days Inn!!!

“Best buy in Farmington, clean room and friendly staff”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 July 2010

Out of the hotels in Farmington, this is the by far the best buy for the money. The room is always clean and has great a.c., the staff is friendly as I travel here every week they have my room and key ready for me every week. They are willing to make accomodations when needed as well. The Holiday Inn may be newer, but it is in NO WAY worth twice as much if not more than the Days Inn. If you want to waste your money than go somewhere else but the Days Inn is the place to stay in Farmington.

“2 pools”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 July 2010

Wheather was hot so the outdoor pool was good, a little dirty too. The indoor pool was listed as heated, but was told due to the ecomomy it was not heated. It was cold, the outdoor pool was filled and we wanted to swim. They should not advertise heated and it's not. very disappointed. In the morning there was bugs in the cereal, not good at all.Spiders in the room also.
