We stayed at Executive Inn in Farmington, MO and the visit was absolutely HORRIBLE! I will never return there again! When we first arrived, we had to ask for toilet paper and towels! The lock on the top of the door was broken, looked like it had been kicked in. Then we left the room to swim and when we came back, there were roaches and spiders in the room. Roaches climbing up the walls, and spiders in one of our beds! I had a 6 month old baby with us in the room!!! We tried to go to the lobby, and it was locked. So, we tried to use the phone in our room and it did not work! We then used our cell phones to call the motel and there was no answer. So, we loaded up our stuff and went to another entrance to the lobby to try to get a different room. The employee was rude and would not give us another room, so I requested a refund and he said no! He said those bugs could have crawled under the door and got into the beds. I am extremely unhappy with this place and will never return again, nor will I recommend it to anyone I know.

The hotel is now the "Executive Inn." Name has changed and so has the quality! The concierge was rude. The rooms smelled like cat-urine. The indoor pool was dirty. The continental breakfast consisted of cereal and bagels served in a non-air-conditioned room. Our goal of the trip was to spend as much time away from the hotel as we possibly could!

It is not a Days Inn anymore, the new name is Executive Inn. When it was the Days Inn we always stayed there. When it changed names and management I thought it would still be the same, well was I wrong.
Unpleasent staff, room was fithly and smelled, stains on carpet, indoor pool cold and did not see that many cars....well I wonder why??
Short story shorter, I refused to stay the night. We left and went to the Super 8, where I was happy.
I do NOT recommend staying here.

I called and reserved a room for New Years Eve. When we got to the room my spouse went in and paid cash. Then the following Monday I saw they charged my cc for it. I called the guy was very very very rude. Would not let me finish what I was telling him so apparently he had done this before. Told me the charge was just an approval the money would go back off my card in a week. (I think he knew after a week it was to late to contest to my bank.) So my spouse and I went over to the motel to explain to them. We told him what had happened and he told us "no the room was paid with the card room 119 we told him no we stayed in 120. I said no I had even called for the password for the internet 2 times. And how did we get the key to 120 if we paid for 119 he had no explaination. We threw away the receipt...we did not know we were going to be cheated. And when he found that out he just kept saying "no no if you have a receipt but without that I can not do anything. He would not even listen. Plus the place was musty smelling and noisy. The bathrooms was soooo tiny you could not change your mind in them!!!!!! IN MY OPINION: STAY AWAY FROM DAYS INN IT IS RUN BY CHEATERS
